plotcircle: adds part of a colored circle to a plot

Description

adds (part of) a colored circle to a plot; an arrow can be drawn at a specified position

Usage

plotcircle(r=1, ...)

Arguments

radius of circle

...

arguments passed to function "plotellipse"
