Process an HTML template and return a tagList object. If the template is a
complete HTML document, then the returned object will also have class
<code>html_document</code>, and can be passed to the function
<code><a href="/link/renderDocument?package=shiny&version=0.13.1" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="shiny::renderDocument">renderDocument</a></code> to get the final HTML text.
