Returns z statistic and p-value.

Details

Robust rank order test (modification of Wilcoxon test for samples with contrasting variation)

It is a variant of Fligner-Policello test.

Possible alternatives: 'robustrank::mod.wmw.test()'; 'npsm::fp.test()'; 'NSM3::pFligPoli()'; 'RVAideMemoire::fp.test()'.
