Description

Create a sigmajs graph from a GEXF file.

Usage

sg_from_gexf(sg, file, sd = NULL)

Arguments

sg

An object of class sigmajsas intatiated by sigmajs.

file

Path to GEXF file.

sd

A SharedData of nodes.
