<dl><dt>nmax</dt>
<dd>Index of first diametric class with &gt; 100 trees; if there are no
100 trees, it is the index of the maximum</dd>

<dd>Number of trees per hectare</dd>

<dd>Height of the diametric class or diameter</dd>
