Computes the Rhat statistic from a single MCMC chain.

Usage

mcmc_Rhat(mcmc_object, n_splits=3)

Arguments

mcmc_object

Object of class mcmc

n_splits

Number of splits for MCMC chain

Value

Numeric vector
