A sample census dataset containing descriptive information
about 10 geographical areas. The variables in the dataset
are as follows: <ul><li>areaid: The unique
indentifier of the area</li><li>population: The number of
indivisuals in the area.</li><li>he: Number of individuals
in the area, with at least Higher Education degree</li><li>females: Number of female individuals in the area</li></ul>
