This data set gives an <code>Enrichment</code> object after,
<code><a rd-options="" href="/link/initFiles?package=snpEnrichment&version=1.7.0" data-mini-rdoc="snpEnrichment::initFiles">initFiles</a></code> and <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/readEnrichment?package=snpEnrichment&version=1.7.0" data-mini-rdoc="snpEnrichment::readEnrichment">readEnrichment</a></code> is ran.
Compute LD for all SNPs in <code>snpListDir</code> files two by two.
