Spatially weighted context data for multilevel modelling

Description

Constructs and describes spatially weighted context data from micro-level survey data by aggregation or from precise contextual indicators. Performs multilevel analyses where spatially weighted context data are combined with individual level predictor and outcome variables. Computes robust point estimates and standard errors by stratified resampling. Provides estimates of explained spatial dependency.
