spark_jobj

An R object containing, or wrapping, a <code>spark_jobj</code>.

Optional arguments; currently unused.

This S3 generic is used for accessing the underlying Java Virtual Machine
(JVM) Spark objects associated with R objects. These objects act as
references to Spark objects living in the JVM. Methods on these objects
can be called with the <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/invoke?package=sparklyr&version=1.0.2" data-mini-rdoc="sparklyr::invoke">invoke</a></code> family of functions.

R interface to Apache Spark, a fast and general engine for big data
processing, see <http://spark.apache.org>. This package supports connecting to
local and remote Apache Spark clusters, provides a 'dplyr' compatible back-end,
and provides an interface to Spark's built-in machine learning algorithms.
