Description

Summaries for measuring segregation/mingling in multitype spatial point patterns with graph based neighbourhood description. Included indices: Mingling, Shannon, Simpson (also the non-spatial) Included functionals: Mingling, Shannon, Simpson, ISAR, MCI. Included neighbourhoods: Geometric, k-nearest neighbours, Gabriel, Delaunay.
