plot.slrm: Plot a Fitted Spatial Logistic Regression

Description

Plots a fitted Spatial Logistic Regression model.

Usage

# S3 method for slrm
plot(x, ..., type = "intensity")

Value

None.

Arguments

x

a fitted spatial logistic regression model. An object of class "slrm".

...

Extra arguments passed to plot.im to control the appearance of the plot.

type

Character string (partially) matching one of "probabilities", "intensity" or "link".

Details

This is a method for plot for fitted spatial logistic regression models (objects of class "slrm", usually obtained from the function slrm).

This function plots the result of predict.slrm.
