n2dist: Nearest neighbours for two point patterns
Description
Calculate nearest neighbours for two point patternsValue
- Returns a list with components
$dists and $neighs.
$dists[i] is the distance
of the nearest neighbour of point pts1[i,]
in pts2 and $neighs[i]
is the index in pts2 of the point nearest to pts1[i,].
