Includes a function that identifies individuals in a social network who should be the intervention subjects for a network intervention in which you have a group of targets (those you want to have the intervention spread to, a group of avoiders (those you don't want the intervention spread to), and a group that is neither (indifferent to if the intervention spread to this group).
