calculateCopies_gui: Calculate Allele Copies
Description
GUI wrapper for the link{calculateCopies} function.
Usage
calculateCopies_gui(env = parent.frame(), savegui = NULL, debug = FALSE,
parent = NULL)
Arguments
env
environment in wich to search for data frames and save result.
savegui
logical indicating if GUI settings should be saved in the environment.
debug
logical indicating printing debug information.
parent
widget to get focus when finished.
Details
Simplifies the use of the calculateCopies function by
providing a graphical user interface to it.
