survival (version 2.35-6)

Survival analysis, including penalised likelihood.

Description

survival analysis: descriptive statistics, two-sample tests, parametric accelerated failure models, Cox model. Delayed entry (truncation) allowed for all models; interval censoring for parametric models. Case-cohort designs.
