Penalised Maximum Likelihood for Survival Analysis Models
Description
Estimate the regression coefficients and the baseline hazard
of proportional hazard Cox models using maximum penalised likelihood.
A 'non-parametric' smooth estimate of the baseline hazard function
is provided.
