cloneMatrix: Creates a deep copy of a matrix

Description

Useful when calling ERE_step_cycle or GibbsSteps_kcycle to ensure that there are no side effects for the return values.

Usage

cloneMatrix(M)

Value

A deep copy of the matrix.
