print.tableMatrix

<p><code>tableMatrix</code> method, prints table attribute without <code>tmName</code> columns.</p>

Provides two classes extending 'data.table' class. Simple
'tableList' class wraps 'data.table' and any additional structures together.
More complex 'tableMatrix' class combines 'data.table' and
