Wilson Measure
index_wilson(x, ...)# S4 method for matrix
index_wilson(x)
A numeric vector.
A \(m \times p\) numeric matrix of count data
(absolute frequencies, i.e. a contingency table).
Currently not used.
N. Frerebeau
This assumes that the order of the matrix rows (from \(1\) to \(n\)) follows the progression along the gradient/transect.
Data are standardized on a presence/absence scale (\(0\)/\(1\)) beforehand.
