is_root: Test if taxa are roots

Description

Test if taxa are roots in a taxonomy() or taxmap() object. Roots are taxa without supertaxa, typically things like "Bacteria", or "Life".

obj$is_root()
is_root(obj)

Arguments

obj

The taxonomy() or taxmap() object.

Value

A logical of length equal to the number of taxa.
