Use this method to forward messages of any kind.

Provides a pure interface for the 'Telegram Bot API'
<http://core.telegram.org/bots/api>. In addition to the pure API
implementation, it features a number of tools to make the development of
'Telegram' bots with R easy and straightforward, providing an easy-to-use
interface that takes some work off the programmer.

forwardMessage function

<dl><dt>chat_id</dt>
<dd>Unique identifier for the target chat or username of
the target channel.</dd>
<dt>from_chat_id</dt>
<dd>Unique identifier for the chat where the
original message was sent.</dd>
<dt>message_id</dt>
<dd>Message identifier in the chat specified in from_chat_id.</dd>
<dt>disable_notification</dt>
<dd>(Optional). Sends the message silently. Users
will receive a notification with no sound.</dd></dl>
