A simple wrapper around the Telegram Bot API (<https://core.telegram.org/bots/api>) to access Telegram's messaging facilities with ease (e.g. you send messages, images, files from R to your smartphone).

getUserProfilePhotos function

<dl><dt>user_id</dt>
<dd>Unique identifier of the target user (required)</dd>
<dt>offset</dt>
<dd>Sequential number of the first photo to be
returned. By default, all photos are returned</dd>
<dt>limit</dt>
<dd>Limits the number of photos to be retrieved. Values
between 1-100 are accepted. Defaults to 100</dd></dl>
