sendDice

Use this method to send a dice, which will have a random value from
1 to 6.

A simple wrapper around the Telegram Bot API (<https://core.telegram.org/bots/api>) to access Telegram's messaging facilities with ease (e.g. you send messages, images, files from R to your smartphone).
