SampleNovel

<p>A <code>data.frame</code> of novel allele detection results from findNovelAlleles. 
Source data was a collection of V(D)J immunoglobulin sequences derived from a single
individual (PGP1), sequenced on the Roche 454 platform, and assigned by
IMGT/HighV-QUEST to IGHV1 family alleles.</p>

data

Infers the V genotype of an individual from immunoglobulin (Ig)
repertoire sequencing data (AIRR-Seq, Rep-Seq). Includes detection of
any novel alleles. This information is then used to correct existing V
allele calls from among the sample sequences.
