tmapMode function

<dd>id of the mode: please use lowercase and one-word. This will be used with <code>tmap_mode()</code>.</dd>

<dd>name of the mode: please use title case. This will be used to recognize internal functions, e.g. <code>tmapLeafletInit</code></dd>
