ImageFileSet-class

ImageFileSet

<code>ImageFileSet</code> is a subclass of <code>FileSet</code> that is specialised for
images, by pre-populating the format and auxiliary file specification
(although this can be overridden) and by supporting file mapping using the
<code>FileMap</code> class. If a file set exists on disk and in a map then the
files take priority.

Functions for working with magnetic resonance images. Reading and
writing of popular file formats (DICOM, Analyze, NIfTI-1, NIfTI-2, MGH);
interactive and non-interactive visualisation; flexible image manipulation;
metadata and sparse image handling.
