Description
Plots diagnostics and results of the runtsir function.
Usage
plotres(dat, max.plot = 10)
Arguments
dat
the list produced from the runtsir, mcmctsir, and simulatetsir function.
max.plot
the number of individual stochastic simulations to plot. Defaults to 10.
