Description

Makes graphviz paths

Usage

xmu_dot_make_paths(mxMat, stringIn, heads = NULL, fixed = TRUE, comment = "More paths", showResiduals = TRUE, pathLabels = "labels", digits = 2)

Arguments

mxMat
An mxMatrix
stringIn
Input string
heads
1 or 2 arrows (default NULL - you must set this)
fixed
Whether show fixed values or not (defaults to TRUE)
comment
A comment to include
showResiduals
Whether to show residuals
pathLabels
labels
digits
how many digits to report
