This function is made to quickly generate a Sigma matrix of the type required by <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/mvrnorm?package=userfriendlyscience&version=0.5-2" data-mini-rdoc="userfriendlyscience::mvrnorm">mvrnorm</a></code>.
