Usage

toUTC(localtime, timeformat = "%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S")

Arguments

localtime

POSIXct local time

timeformat

string format of local time, by default it will be "%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S"

utctime POSIXct UTC time
