print.imwd: Print an `imwd' or `imwdc' object

Description

Prints out information about the object and then calls summary() on it.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'imwd':
print(x, \dots)print.imwdc(x, ...)

an object of class imwd or imwdc, respectively
