xrfft

Weight the real Fourier series <code>xrfft</code> of even length by a weight
sequence <code>wt</code>. The first term of <code>xrfft</code> is left alone, and the
weights are then applied to pairs of terms in <code>xrfft</code>. Note:
<code>wt</code> is half the length of <code>xrfft</code>.
