wbt_elev_percentile: Elev percentile

Description

Calculates the elevation percentile raster from a DEM.

Usage

wbt_elev_percentile(
  dem,
  output,
  filterx = 11,
  filtery = 11,
  sig_digits = 2,
  wd = NULL,
  verbose_mode = FALSE,
  compress_rasters = FALSE
)

Arguments

dem

Input raster DEM file.

output

Output raster file.

filterx

Size of the filter kernel in the x-direction.

filtery

Size of the filter kernel in the y-direction.

sig_digits

Number of significant digits.

wd

Changes the working directory.

verbose_mode

Sets verbose mode. If verbose mode is False, tools will not print output messages.

compress_rasters

Sets the flag used by WhiteboxTools to determine whether to use compression for output rasters.

Value

Returns the tool text outputs.
