wbt_image_stack_profile: Image stack profile

Description

Plots an image stack profile (i.e. signature) for a set of points and multispectral images.

Usage

wbt_image_stack_profile(
  inputs,
  points,
  output,
  wd = NULL,
  verbose_mode = FALSE,
  compress_rasters = FALSE
)

Arguments

inputs

Input multispectral image files.

points

Input vector points file.

output

Output HTML file.

wd

Changes the working directory.

verbose_mode

Sets verbose mode. If verbose mode is False, tools will not print output messages.

compress_rasters

Sets the flag used by WhiteboxTools to determine whether to use compression for output rasters.

Value

Returns the tool text outputs.
