bquote_call

Re-write call to evaluate <code>expr</code> with <code>bquote</code> <code>.()</code> substitution.
Uses convetion that := is considered a alias for =.
Including <code>.(-x)</code> promoting <code>x</code>'s value from character to a name,
which is called "quote negation" (hence the minus-sign).
