plot.compare.yai: Plots a compare.yai object

Description

Provides a matrix of plots for objects created by compare.yai.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'compare.yai':
plot(x,\dots,colors=1,lineColor=2)

Arguments

x

a data frame created by compare.yai.

...

passed to plot functions.

colors

the colors (recycled as necessary) used for the points.

lineColor

the color of the 1:1 line.
