A powerful and elegant high-level data visualization system inspired by Trellis graphics, with an emphasis on multivariate data. Lattice is sufficient for typical graphics needs, and is also flexible enough to handle most nonstandard requirements. See ?Lattice for an introduction.
Building on the infrastructure provided by the lattice package, this package provides several new high-level functions and methods, as well as additional utilities such as panel and axis annotation functions.
Provides functions for summarizing and plotting the output from Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulations, as well as diagnostic tests of convergence to the equilibrium distribution of the Markov chain.
A general framework for finite mixtures of regression models using the EM algorithm is implemented. The E-step and all data handling are provided, while the M-step can be supplied by the user to easily define new models. Existing drivers implement mixtures of standard linear models, generalized linear models and model-based clustering.
EBarrays provides tools for the analysis of replicated/unreplicated microarray data.
Dynamic bindings to the Qt library for calling Qt methods and extending Qt clases from R. Other packages build upon qtbase to provide special-purpose high-level interfaces to specific parts of Qt.
Low-level interface to functionality in Qt for efficiently drawing dynamic graphics and handling basic user input.
Interfaces R with the AT and T graphviz library for plotting R graph objects from the graph package.
Extensions to 'lattice', providing new high-level functions, methods for existing functions, panel functions, and a theme.
