aafPathway: Constructor for aafPathway objects

Description

For the given probeids, constructs an aafList of aafPathway objects containing annotation data from the chip data package.

Usage

aafPathway(probeids, chip)

Arguments

probeids

character vector containing probe ids

chip

name of the chip data package

Value

An aafList of aafPathway objects. NA values are returned as empty objects.
