latitudes of observation sites in radian

longitudes of observation sites in radian

latitudes of observation sites in radian used in least squares method

longitudes of observation sites in radian used in least squares method
snet
vector of labels representing sub-networks
seta
bandwidth parameters for Poisson kernel
lam
smoothing parameter for ridge regression
