taxon_indexes: Get taxon indexes

Description

Return the taxon indexes in a taxonomy() or taxmap() object. They are the indexes of the edge list rows.

obj$taxon_indexes()
taxon_indexes(obj)

Arguments

obj

The taxonomy() or taxmap() object.
