tp_classification(id = NULL, key = NULL, callopts = list())

Arguments

id

A Tropicos name ID

key

Your Tropicos API key; loads from .Rprofile.

callopts

Further args passed on to httr::GET

Value

• A data.frame giving the hierarchy.
