Converts network paths into Simple interaction file (.sif) format for importing into Cytoscape

Usage

GetPathsInSifFormat(arrayOfPaths)

Arguments

arrayOfPaths

an array of paths (in the format outputted by GetShortestPathsFromCCG) to be converted to .sif format
