Description

Performs a Mantel test between two distance matrices.

Usage

mantel.rtest(m1, m2, nrepet = 99, ...)

an object of class dist

an object of class dist

nrepet

the number of permutations

…

further arguments passed to or from other methods

Value

an object of class rtest (randomization tests)
