values / runstatus / costs, algorithm performance and cv splits and
saves those data sets as single ARFF files in the given directory.

at <http://www.aslib.net> and the 'LLAMA' package
(<https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/llama/index.html>) for building
algorithm selection models.
