Usage

mcmcLoop(N, burnin, thin, trim = TRUE, progressor = mcmcProgressPrint)

Arguments

N
number of iterations
burnin
length of burn-in
thin
frequency of thinning
trim
whether to cut off iterations after the last retained iteration
progressor
a function that returns a progress object
