ipd: Individual Power Distribution

Description

ipd.meteESF calculates the distribution Psi(e | N0, S0, E0), the distribution of metabolic rates across all individuals in a commmunity

Usage

ipd(x, ...)
"ipd"(x, ...)

Arguments

an object of class meteESF.
...
additiona arguments to be passed to methods

Value

An object of class meteDist. The object contains a list with the following elements.
data
The data used to construct the prediction

cumulative density function

quantile funtion

Vector of Lagrange multipliers
state.var
State variables used to constrain entropy maximization
type
Specifies the type of distribution is 'sad'
