spd: Species Power Distribution

Description

spd.meteESF calculates the distribution nu(e | N0, S0, E0), the distribution of average metabolic rates across for each species in a commmunity

Usage

spd(x)
"spd"(x)

Arguments

x
an object of class meteESF.

Value

An object of class meteDist. The object contains a list with the following elements.
data
The data used to construct the prediction
d
density funciton
p
cumulative density function
q
quantile funtion
r
random number generator
La
Vector of Lagrange multipliers
state.var
