SpASamples

The example data provided in our package are transcriptomic profiles of MD-DCs from 9 patients with AS and 10 healthy controls. DE gene statistics group 75 genes identified by LIMMA. Samples description is also provided.

A toolbox for a construction of PPI networks through STRING API and an inference of gaussian networks through SIMoNe and WGCNA approach, from DE genes analysis results and expression data. Additional functions are provided to import automatically networks into an active Cytoscape session.
