Processing of Oxy-Bisulfite Microarray Data
Description
Provides utilities for processing of Oxy-Bisulfite microarray data (e.g. via the Illumina Infinium platform) with tandem arrays, one using conventional bisulfite sequencing, the other using oxy-bisulfite sequencing.
